DISPATCH Please check individual listing descriptions for dispatch times. Many items are ready to ship within 2 business days, others are made to order and will be created within a 10 day period.
POST regular flat rate post is $10.00 AUD in Australia / express $15.00 AUD. Worldwide flat rate regular post is $25.00 AUD. Check the Australia Post website to your destination from Melbourne, Australia for estimated transit times. International import taxes may apply to certain countries, which the customer will be responsible for. In the rare circumstance where a parcel is lost in transit we will work with the customer and the post carrier to find a resolution.
EXCHANGES We accept exchanges for ready made products if contacted within 7 days of receiving the order. Jewellery must be in unworn condition and in its original packaging. A swap of another item of equal value, or store credit can be organised to use within 6 months on the online store. Returned tracked postage costs are at the expense of the customer. Any items that have been created to your specifications including gold plating and 9ct. Gold pieces are unfortunately unable to be exchanged - we hope you understand.

DAMAGES Kick in the Eye takes responsibility for any manufacturing damages within one year of purchase. In the event where a product is proven to be faulty by the maker/ manufacturer, a complementary repair will be issued. After the year-to-date of purchase, any damages will be the expense of the customer. Kick in the eye does not take responsibility for unreasonable or accidental treatment of products resulting in damage caused by the actions of the customer.
