As products are handmade to order, please allow up to a 14 day production period before the order is posted.
'Ready to Ship' and 'Garage Sale" items are ready made and sent within 48 hours of purchase.
POSTAGE>Each package is sent through regular Australia Post and has a tracking number attached.
Worldwide: flat rate charge of $25.00 AUD.
LOST ITEMSAll items sent with tracked Australia Post are insured, so in the rare circumstance where a parcel is lost in transit, Kick in the Eye will work with the customer and Australia Post to find a resolution.
Kick in the Eye accepts exchanges to current products on the online store within 14 days of receiving an item.
Either a direct swap of another product can be organised of equal value, or with the additional difference of a product of greater value. Otherwise, store credit of the original amount will be given to the customer to spend within 6 months on the online store before expiring.
Return tracked postage costs will be paid by the customer to our Melbourne, Australia, studio address. The item must be in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging. Postage of the new chosen product will remain our standard prices of $10 AUD within Australia and $25 AUD international.

'Garage Sale' items are final sale and not able to be returned or exchanged.
Specialised custom pieces that have been organised outside of products available on the online store are also final sale, and are unable to be returned or exchanged.
Please consider carefully as unfortunately no refunds will be accepted for change of mind.
However, we want you to be happy with your jewellery so if something is not quite right for any reason please get in touch at email@example.com to discuss an issue.
In the event where a product is proven to be faulty by the maker, each outcome will be based on the nature of the issue and damage to the product. Either an exchange, return, refund or a complementary repair may be issued for that item.
Kick in the eye does not take responsibility for unreasonable treatment of products resulting in damage caused by the actions of the customer.
