SHIPPING / RETURNS
'Made to Order' jewellery is created once the order is placed - allow up to a 14 day production period before the items are posted. 'Ready to Ship' items are products that are currently in stock and will be sent within 2 business days of purchase.
EXCHANGES
Kick in the Eye accepts exchanges on 'ready-to-ship' products if contacted within 10 days of receiving the item. Jewellery must be in the same un-worn condition and in its original packaging. A direct swap of another item of equal value can be organised, or store credit of the same value to spend within 6 months on the online store. Tracked postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
'Made-to-order' items are handmade to your chosen specifications, and are therefore unable to be exchanged. We hope you understand. However, if something is not quite please get in touch at kickintheeyejewellery@gmail.com and we will assist in an issue.
DAMAGES
Kick in the Eye takes responsibility for any manufacturing damages within one year of purchase, such as broken clasps. In the event where a product is proven to be faulty by the maker/ manufacturer, an exchange or complementary repair will be issued. After the year-to-date of purchase, any damages will be the expense of the customer. Kick in the eye does not take responsibility for unreasonable or accidental treatment of products resulting in damage caused by the actions of the customer.
