SHIPPING / RETURNS

'Made to Order' jewellery is created once the order is placed - please allow up to a 14 day production period before the items are posted. 'Ready to Ship' items are products that are currently in stock and will be sent within 48 hours of purchase.

All items are sent from our studio in Melbourne, Australia, via tracked Australia Post. Domestic flat rate regular postage is $10.00 AUD / express $15.00 AUD. Worldwide flat rate charge of $25.00 AUD. International import taxes may apply to certain countries, which the customer will be responsible for.

Check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times to your destination. In the rare circumstance where a parcel is lost in transit, Kick in the Eye will work with the customer and Australia Post to find a resolution. 

 

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

Please consider carefully as unfortunately no returns will be accepted for made-to-order products. However, we want you to be happy with your jewellery so if something is not quite right for any reason please get in touch at kickintheeyejewellery@gmail.com.

Kick in the Eye accepts exchanges to ready-to-ship products within 14 days of receiving the item. Either a direct swap of another product can be organised of equal value, or with the additional difference of a product of greater value. Otherwise, store credit of the original amount will be given to the customer to spend within 6 months on the online store. Return tracked postage costs must be paid by the customer to our Melbourne, Australia, studio address. The item must be in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging. Postage of the new chosen product will remain at our standard prices of $10 AUD within Australia and $25 AUD international.

 DAMAGES

Kick in the Eye takes responsibility for any manufacturing damages within one year of purchase. In the event where a product is proven to be faulty by the maker, an exchange, return, refund or a complementary repair may be issued for that item. Each outcome will be based on the nature of the issue and damage to the product and how the customer would like to proceed. After the year-to-date of purchase repairs or replacements will be issued at the expense of the customer.

Kick in the eye does not take responsibility for unreasonable treatment of products resulting in damage caused by the actions of the customer.
